Last Updated: December 25, 2025
Serikdun ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website and services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our website or through our services, please notify our designated Copyright Agent by providing the following information in writing:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
2. Identification of the infringing material: A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our website, with sufficient detail that we may find it. Providing URLs in the body of an email is the best way to help us locate content quickly.
3. Contact information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement of accuracy: A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
6. Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to law, to upload and use the content, you may send a written counter-notification containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:
1. Identification: Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
2. Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the applicable country, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
5. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
If a counter-notification is received by our Copyright Agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party informing that person that we may replace the removed content or cease disabling it. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, within a reasonable time period.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and services or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
False Claims
Please note that under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. Accordingly, if you are not sure whether certain material infringes the copyrights of others, we suggest that you first contact an attorney.
Limitations
This DMCA Policy applies only to claims of copyright infringement. For other intellectual property concerns or terms of service violations, please refer to our other policies or contact us directly.
